"Light a Light" for the City of Edmonds Youth Scholarship Fund
|
In the spirit of giving, light a light this holiday season for someone you love, something you wish for or in remembrance of a loved one.
Each light you light is a donation to the scholarship fund that enables local children to participate in our recreation programs who wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity to do so.
This year a living fir tree will be strung with lights and placed outside the entrance to the center.
Donate $5 per name and we'll note your donation on a main floor bulletin board inside the center. The tree will remain lit until January 4th.

Open Mic Lives at the Thumb!

| Lots of folks come out every Friday night at 7:30 to the Thumbnail Theater to enjoy open mic activities. Performers of all ages share songs, stories or poetry with a very supportive audience. This is a great place for people to get up on stage and try out a new song or share their efforts with a new instrument or hone their musical talents! Refreshments are provided and donations are greatly appreciated. |
