Scott Olson wants a rematch

Posted at 11:40 am by Jerry Cornfield

A Monroe Democrat who came close to upsetting an incumbent Republican (is that an oxymoron?) in 2006 will try again this fall.

Scott Olsonis making another run at Rep. Dan Kristiansen, R-Snohomish. On election night in 2006 their race was too close to call. Once all the mail ballots came in, Kristiansen won by a respectable margin.

I figured Olson would do this but I was not the first to see he had done it. Tri City Herald Reporter Chris Mulick scooped me on his Olympia Dispatch blog.
