Commissioners are scheduled to consider handing over interest in the Edgecomb Substation to the city of Arlington. Lake Stevens City Council special meeting, 6 tonight, Lake Stevens School District administration building, 12309 22nd St. NE. A closed-door session to discuss potential litigation is at 6 p.m., followed at 7 p.m. by a public hearing on the Flickner rezoning. Marysville City Council work session, 7 tonight, City Hall, 1049 State Ave. The council is scheduled to discuss allocating $25,099 from city hotel-motel taxes to community groups. Mukilteo City Council, 7 tonight, City Hall, 4480 Chennault Beach Road. The council is scheduled to review the finances associated with various city projects.
