Wednesday practice report

Posted at 4:32 pm by John Boyle

Back from practice where the Huskies were again in shorts and shells instead of full pads. That's normally what they'd wear for a Thursday practice but not on Tuesday and Wendesday as they've done this week. Must just be an attempt to rest banged up bodies this late in the season.

As expected, Brandon Johnson was not at practice, leaving the Huskies with only two healthy tailbacks, Terrance Dailey and Willie Griffin, and it's unclear how healthy Dailey really is.

Ben Ossai (concussion) didn't suit up yesterday, but did today, though he was wearing a red jersey. If Ossai isn't able to play Saturday, Cody Habben would shift to left tackle and Skyler Fancher would likely start at right tackle.
