Clay workshop in Edmonds

NW Polymer Clay Guild presents Meredith Arnold’s Polymer Aha! Extravaganza workshop.

Create in new directions with liquid polymer mediums, polymer clay, wire, inks, paint and maybe even the kitchen sink. This workshop will expand your horizons.

Day one of the workshop will explore liquid polymer mediums, alcohol inks and more to create flexible sheets of veneer that can be cut into shapes for embedding.

On day two, participants will take veneers nine steps further with image transfers, layers and more. The last portion of the day will focus on finishing techniques that work without too much fuss yet provide professional results.

The workshop is 12:30-5 p.m. Feb. 25 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 26, at ArtWorks, 201 Second Ave. S, Edmonds.

Fee is $150 for members and $175 for nonmembers.
