Lynnwood's Gough named one of America's worst bosses

Lynnwood Mayor Don Gough is receiving national attention as one of America's worst bosses in 2010.

Gough showed up as number eight on a list of 100 worst bosses as posted online at eBossWatch.

Gough's behavior prompted an investigation in the city which folks who compiled the list must have read.

They write:

"Lynwood Mayor Don Gough was accused of subjecting five female top-level City Hall employees to an “intolerable” work environment. An internal investigation was launched after Gough's former executive assistant complained about a hostile work environment where she was berated and belittled by Gough."

Meanwhile, sitting at 43 on the list is Craig Ladiser, the former Snohomish County planning director who was fired after it was learned he had assaulted a woman at a golf tournament hosted by the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.

And at 86, is state Sen. Pam Roach, who was barred from attending Senate Republican Caucus meetings earlier this year because of her behavior toward caucus staff.
