SKYKOMISH — Three people were hurt in an accident on U.S. 2 near here Saturday afternoon.
A 2005 Toyota Scion with three people was heading east on U.S. 2 near NE Old Cascade Highway when it crossed the centerline, left the road and struck a telephone pole.
The driver, a 23-year-old Edmonds woman, was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. A 23-year-old Bothell man was taken to an Everett hospital and a 24-year-old Lynnwood woman was airlifted to Harborview. Their conditions were not known today.
The accident happened about 3:30 p.m. Washington State Patrol detectives are investigating.
