GRANITE FALLS — Detectives are investigating an arson at a Granite Falls home on Tuesday night.*
The fire was reported just after 10 p.m. in the 300 block of Prospect Avenue, officials said.
The house and its contents were a complete loss. No injuries were reported.
The fire was ruled an arson by the Snohomish County Fire Marshal’s Office.
Police believe the fire may have been linked to a burglary, Granite Falls Police Chief Dennis Taylor said. There was evidence that several items were stolen from the home.
Fire crews responded from Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Getchell, Lake Roesiger and rural Arlington.
