Trek Mission Ridge by snowshoe

Mission Ridge, near Wenatchee, is offering guided twilight snowshoe treks on Saturdays, beginning Dec. 31 and continuing through February.
Guests, ages 12 and up, can enjoy moderate excursions through the starlit snowy mountain terrain. One-hour trips will depart at 5 p.m. each Saturday. Snowshoe rentals are $15 per day (or bring your own), and the guided tour is $10 per person.
Saturday nights at Mission Ridge also will include more family fun in the snow with introductions to skiing and snowboarding beginning at 4 p.m. from Dec. 31 to Feb. 18 (except Feb. 11). The two-hour lessons for beginners of all ages are free, but a $10 ticket per person is required for use of the rope tow.
