The winning poster designed by Jenna Hardman, 12, of Seattle.

Check out the new Mr. Yuk poster.

Mr. Yuk has been a mascot of sorts for the Washington Poison Center since 1974.

He even has his own Twitter account, which is actually pretty fun to follow.

The poster was designed by Jenna Hardman, 12, of Seattle, as part of a contest for this year's Poison Prevention Week, March 18 to 24.

For more information and tips on how to poison-proof your home, visit www.wapc.org. A Spanish version of the poster also is available.

As always, if you or someone else may have ingested something poisonous, call the Poison Center 24-hour hotline at 1-800-222-1222.
