LYNNWOOD — A Lynnwood-area home was raided by police Wednesday as part of a three county sweep into a suspected drug trafficking ring.
The case involved more than two dozen arrests in Snohomish, Pierce and King counties, said Emily Langlie, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Seattle.
Of those, 20 of the suspects made initial court appearances on Wednesday.
The search warrant in Lynnwood was served at an apartment complex in the 20800 block of 76th Avenue W., according to the Herald’s news partner, KIRO-TV, Channel 7.
The Drug Enforcement Administration and the South Snohomish County Drug Task Force confirmed that they were involved in the operation but didn’t release further details.
