Prep boys soccer: Lakewood 2, Coupeville 1

MARYSVILLE -- Caleb Graves goal in the 74th minute from Javier Miramontes propelled the Cougars past Coupeville in a Cascade Conference match. The Wolves' Josh Wilsey scored in the 52nd minute to tie the game at 1-1. The loss officially elimated Coupeville from playoff contention.
At Lakewood H.S.
Goals--James Johnson (L) 1, Josh Wilsey (C) 1, Caleb Graves (L) 1. Assists--Kendal Kippen (L) 1, Javier Miramontes (L) 1. Goalkeepers--Coupeville: Zach Forland. Lakewood: Gustavo Garcia. Records--Coupeville 6-7 league, 8-7 overall. Lakewood 6-8, 7-8.
