The position will be awarded to the last Gold Bar resident who files a notarized statement with the county declaring, "Not it!"

With six you get eggroll: Chinese restaurant chain P.F. Chang's is being acquired by a private equity firm, Centerbridge Partners, for $1.09 billion dollars, which intends to take the company private by offering $51.50 for each share of stock.

But just 20 minutes after acquiring P.F. Chang's, Centerbridge announced that it was still hungry and was looking for another restaurant chain to buy.
