Woman calls 911 to report husband's death

VANCOUVER, Wash. -- The Clark County sheriff's office says deputies who responded to a 911 call from a woman who said she had murdered her husband found an adult man dead in the Vancouver, Wash.-area home.
In a statement, the sheriff's office said 51-year-old Donna Rae Williams was arrested Wednesday for investigation of first-degree murder.
The dead man was identified as 55-year-old Mark W. Williams.
The Clark County medical examiner's office will determine the time and exact cause of death.
