Learn how to get the most from your vegetable garden at a free seminar with expert gardener Willi Galloway at 10 a.m. Saturday at Molbak's in Woodinville.
Galloway, the author of "Grow. Cook. Eat: A Food-Lover's Guide to Vegetable Gardening" and creator of www.digginfood.com, will talk about preventing and combating pest and disease problems; proper fertilizing; and ways to keep your garden producing well into fall.
Galloway, a member of KUOW's "Greendays" gardening panel, will answer questions following the talk and also sign copies of her book.
"Greendays" airs on public radio station KUOW (94.9 FM), at 9 a.m. weekdays.
