AAA: Price of gasoline in Washington $4.28

BELLEVUE -- The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington is $4.28.
That's up a penny in a week and 20 cents in a month. It's 69 cents higher than the national average.
Some metro prices from the AAA's Monday survey:
Bellingham $4.46, Bremerton $4.27, Seattle-Bellevue-Everett $4.33, Tacoma $4.30, Olympia $4.32, Vancouver $4.29, Yakima $4.23, Tri-Cities $4.15, Spokane $3.97.
