Teen driver kills Vancouver pedestrian

VANCOUVER, Wash. -- The Clark County sheriff's office says a 16-year-old driver struck and killed a man standing in a road Saturday night near Vancouver.
The driver remained at the scene and is not suspected of speeding or drunken driving.
The dead man is identified as 54-year-old Douglas Grendahl of Vancouver.
