Wenatchee Salmon Derby


The North Central Washington chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association debuts a new salmon derby on July 13-15, between Rock Island and Rocky Reach dams on the Columbia River.

Just 225 tickets will be sold, at $100 per copy ($75 for CCA members), available at Hooked On Toys in Wenatchee, or online at www.wenatcheesalmonderby.com.

Prizes for heaviest chinook ($2,000 first place), plus two other places, and boat aggregate ($1,750 first place), plus two other places.
