Tulalip wine dinner features Sparkman Cellar’s ‘big reds’
The dinner is the second of three "Taste with Tommy" wine dinners planned by sommelier Tom Thompson this summer.
Chef Perry Mascitti will present a series of cooking stations for the entrees, sides, salads and desserts. The grilling station will include such choices as slow-smoked brisket, jambalaya and blackened king salmon.
Guests will be served under the stars -- weather permitting -- or by the fire on the Mpulse patio.
The evening starts at 5 p.m. at the casino. Tickets are $115.
The third dinner will be the Mondavi Generations Picnic on Aug. 4. Tickets are $145.
