Two “Taste with Tommy” winemaker events remain this summer at the Tulalip Resort Casino.
Winemaker Chris Sparkman will bring his red wines on July 7 for a buffet on the outside patio, hosted by tulalip sommelier Tom Thompson.
Chef Perry Mascitti will present a series of cooking stations for the entrees, sides, salads and desserts. The grilling station will include such choices as slow-smoked brisket, jambalaya and blackened king salmon.
The evening runs from 5 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $115.
The third dinner will be the Mondavi Generations Picnic on Aug. 4. Tickets are $145.
