An apple grows on a small tree on the Snohomish County Master Gardeners tour.

Every year, the Master Gardeners of Snohomish County put on a garden tour. I love garden tours. I always find fabulous ideas to steal. I also love chatting with the gardeners and asking them how they make it all work. And when they find time to weed.

The Master Gardeners tour is spread over two weekends. The first weekend is already past, but you have another chance on Saturday. Four gardens in Everett and Lake Stevens will be open from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. Tickets are available until Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the McCollum Park Extension Office, 600 128th St. SE, Everett. For information call 425-338-2400. To read our earlier story, click here.
