Poochapalooza: This county fair for dogs features doggie fashions with a runway show, live music, dancing dogs, flyball competitions and lots of contests; the sixth annual Poochapalooza runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 14 at Strawberry Fields Athletic Park, 6100 152nd St. NE, Marysville. The Silvana Fair: A one-day free “Fun in the Sun” community fair, held annually for 65 years and features a Grease Pole Contest, kids games, livestock judging and more; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 28 at Viking Hall, 1331 Pioneer Highway, Silvana.

Guided Future of Flight Aviation Center Gallery Tours: 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursdays to Sept. 20 at The Future of Flight, 8415 Paine Field Blvd., Mukilteo. These are 90-minute detailed, guided tours of the center’s aviation gallery and its exhibits. Admission for the guided tour is included in the regular ticket price of $20 and $14. “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”: This retelling is derived from a Broadway play and brings this classic Brothers’ Grimm fairy tale to life with music; nine performances over three weekends through July 14, Whidbey Children’s Theater, 222 Anthes Ave., Langley. Seattle Center Festal: Bastille Day: This celebration of all that is French is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 14 in the Armory/Center House and Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center, 305 Harrison St., Seattle; hands-on activities, live musical performances, cars, cultural displays, food, wine, cooking demonstrations and children’s activities; free.

Tutankhamun: The Golden King and The Great Pharaohs: The exhibition features more than 100 objects from King Tut’s tomb and ancient sites representing some of the most important rulers throughout 2,000 years of ancient Egyptian history. Many of these objects have never toured in the United States before this exhibit. Come face-to-face with the largest image of King Tut ever unearthed — a 10-foot statue of the pharaoh; to Jan. 6 at Pacific Science Center, 200 Second Ave. N, Seattle.
