Song of the week: Passion Pit's 'Constant Conversations'

After going to the secret Passion Pit show in Seattle a couple of weeks back, I am getting really excited for their performance at Bumbershoot. I am also getting really excited for the release of their new record “Gossamer” that will be out on the 24th of this month.

I have heard three songs from the new record and I have liked each one a little more than the last. After all this teasing, now I just want to hear the whole thing.

The first two new Passion Pit songs I heard were “Take A Walk” and “I’ll Be Alright.” The song I fell in love with most recently though is “Constant Conversations.” I can’t quite put my finger on it, but this is just standing out to me right now and I can’t stop listening to it.
