Kamiak grad to headline golf tourney kick-off party

Sign up for Weekend to-do list
Kamiak High School grad Will Franz will support his new album, "Sweet Aubade," as he headlines the kick-off party for the No Good at Golf Tournament.

The party will start at 2 p.m. Sunday. The golf tournament itself doesn't take place until Aug. 18.

At the kick-off party, guests will get to enjoy Franz's guitar licks, as well as some finger-licking-good barbecue, courtesy of the host venue, Rockin' M BBQ, 1215 80th St. SW, Everett.

The free event also will award the first 10 participants in the upcoming tournament a free bucket of balls to use at the lounge's adjoining driving range.

For more information, go to www.brownpapertickets.com and search for No Good at Golf Kickoff or call Paul at 425-478-6281.
