MALTBY -- The Snohomish County Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of a Wednesday morning blaze that destroyed a mobile home in Maltby.
Crews from Snohomish County Fire District 7 responded to the 22900 block of 105th Ave. SE just before 1:30 a.m. after a neighbor called 911 reporting the home was on fire.
Given the extent of the flames, firefighters could only attack the blaze from the outside, Fire District 7 spokeswoman Autum Waite said.
Once crews were able to get inside, they found the home was empty, Waite said.
