VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Vancouver police say a shooting that left one man injured is gang related.
Police say shots were fired just after midnight on Saturday in Vancouver. When they arrived they found 19-year-old Jose Reyes injured. His wounds were not life threatening.
The department's gang unit is investigating.
