EVERETT — A south Everett chow chow-mix was in quarantine this week after reportedly biting a 86-year-old woman near her home.
The dog apparently lived next door to the woman in the 800 block of 84th Street SE, police and city officials said.
The bite was reported about 5:30 p.m. Monday.
Everett police responded and took a report. City animal control officers took the dog into custody.
The woman’s injuries weren’t believed to be life-threatening.
