Learn how to exercise all sides of your brain

Sign up for Weekend to-do list
Right brain, left brain. Which should I use? The answer is a no-brainer for Dr. Craig Weiner, who is giving a workshop, An Introduction to Right Brain Aerobics, at 6:30 p.m. Sept 12 at the Stanwood Library.

Weiner, a chiropractor, will talk about using your whole mind to enhance and enrich your brain, including some exercises and suggestions for application of these skills in your daily life.

The exercises include ways to learn to focus, use mind-relaxing techniques and meditations.

The event is free, but space is limited so register by calling 360-629-3132 or go online to www.sno-isle.org.

The Stanwood Library is at 9701 271st St. NW. For more information about Weiner and his lecture see his website at www.chirozone.net.
