Everett Outdoor Art Walk: The last outdoor art walk is 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 15. The Art Walk’s outdoor portion is at 2914 Wetmore Ave. There will be an ice cream vendor and music.
Cama Beach Art Festival: runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 15 near the historic store at Cama Beach State Park, 1880 SW Camano Drive on Camano Island. Participants may create drawings or sculptures using inanimate objects found along the beach. Each individual or participating team will receive a 25-foot-long piece of rope to define their work space on the beach. Artists have three hours to gather shells, rocks and driftwood as art materials. After the festival, the rope canvases will be removed and the high tide will wash away festival artwork and materials. Artwork materials must remain on the beach during and after the festival. Registration is required the day of the event and is free. Teams may include up to five individuals. The Discover Pass is required. The festival is presented by the Cama Beach Foundation and Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. Go to www.camabeachfoundation.org.

Celebrating 100 years of the Edmonds Police Department. Through Nov. 4. On Sept. 16, the museum unlocks the door to its newest exhibit space — a restored jail cell on the lower floor of the museum building. As part of the centennial celebration for the police department, the museum and police station will be open from noon to 5 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 16, so visitors can see police facilities old and new.
