SEATAC -- King County prosecutors have filed murder charges against three 19-year-old men and a 16-year-old girl in connection with a fatal shooting at a SeaTac motel.

Kavahn Matthews-Smith, Qiantre Taylor and Rodney Willis were charged Tuesday in the slaying of 47-year-old Herman Tucker. Willis' sister, Earnetra Turner, was also charged as an adult.

Taylor and Willis are jailed in lieu of $2 million. Bail for Turner has been set at $1 million. Prosecutors say an arrest warrant has been issued for Matthews-Smith.

The sheriff's office says witnesses saw the victim drive up and enter a motel room. Within a few minutes they heard an argument and then a gun shot. The victim stumbled out of the room and collapsed. He died at the scene. Witnesses say four people burst from the room and fled.
