SHORELINE — Authorities say a man in his early 40s was shot dead during a loud disturbance at a Shoreline home.
King County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the scene at about noon Thursday after neighbors called 911 to report a loud argument and a woman screaming at the home.
As deputies were responding to the call, dispatchers received a second 911 call saying that shots had been fired at the same address.
When officers arrived, they found the victim had sustained one or more gunshot wounds to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man and woman were also at the home when officers arrived. They were taken into custody for questioning, and sheriff’s officials said they believe one or the other of them pulled the trigger.
