Prep football: Darrington 7, Seattle Lutheran 0

DARRINGTON -- Trent Green connected with Bruce Massingale for a 78-yard passing touchdown about 6 minutes into the game and the Loggers defense pitched a shutout to earn Darrington the Northwest 1A/2B win. Darren Springs had 14 tackles and Felipe Valencia had 10 tackles and two sacks for Darrington. Tyler Simmons had an interception with a 20-yard runback for the Loggers. This was Darrington's second league win and the loggers remain undefeated at 5-0.
