The attorney general cited case law, specifically the U.S. Supreme Court's 1984 ruling in Mr. Johnson vs. Mrs. Johnson and her Swear Jar.

Gagnam me with a spoon: Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob McKenna, R-Pocket Protector, is featured in a YouTube video dancing to the South Korean singer PSY's viral hit, "Gagnam Style" at a Korea Day event in Seattle recently.

McKenna's son has offered his parents $10 to never perform the dance in public again. We'd offer as much as $2,000 if it didn't violate campaign finance law.
