Arlington: Road work wrapping up
Though it’s still under construction, a new roundabout is now open at the intersection of Highway 9 and Highway 531, also known as 172nd Street NE. Orange barrels are guiding drivers through the roundabout while crews finish building it.
State Department of Transportation officials said the work should be finished by the end of October.

Seattle Rock Orchestra on stage
The Arlington Arts Council brings Seattle Rock Orchestra to Byrnes Performing Arts Center for a concert at 7 p.m. Saturday. Proceeds help the council’s efforts to acquire public art for the city.
Seattle Rock Orchestra is a volunteer community orchestra that collaborates with bands and artists to produce symphonic shows. The 50-piece ensemble’s repertoire includes tunes by the Beatles, Radiohead, Queen, David Bowie, Stevie Wonder and Arcade Fire.

Camano Island: Dinner to support Ladies Aid group
The Utsalady Ladies Aid turkey dinner is 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Utsalady Ladies Aid Building, 78 Utsalady Road.
The cost is $12 a person, but kids 10 and younger eat free when accompanied by an adult.

Marysville: Craft show is Saturday
Marysville Parks and Recreation hosts its Autumn Craft Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Ken Baxter Community Center, 514 Delta Ave.
Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas items from local crafters, gardeners, bakers and artists will be available for sale.
Donations to the food bank, including pet food, will be accepted as well.

The 11th annual “UNCLAD” Art Show is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday, Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center, 27130 102nd Ave N.W, Stanwood.
