Bellingham man accused of crime in B.C.

ABBOTSFORD, British Columbia -- A Canadian living in Bellingham has been charged with sex offenses involving a teenage girl a decade ago in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

Police said Todd Hildebrand, 40, is a permanent U.S. resident who was arrested and charged last month in Canada.

The Canadian Press reported Constable Ian MacDonald said investigators suspect there may be more victims.
