Prep football: Lake Stevens 48, Stanwood 12

LAKE STEVENS -- Austin Otis ran for 98 yards on 12 carries and one touchdown to lead Lake Stevens to a win over Stanwood in a Wesco 4A/3A crossover game. Brandon Ross ran for 66 yards on 21 carries to lead the Spartans in the loss.
