Houston, we have a problem: The space shuttle Endeavour began making its last journey of 12 miles as it was towed from the Los Angeles International Airport to its new home at the California Science Center. Endeavor is making the trip on a 160-wheel trailer.
The journey was delayed, however, when crews returned after lunch to find that all 160 wheels had been stolen and the shuttle put up on blocks.

What price peace? The European Union, the 27-nation body now beleaguered by a financial crisis that has forced austerity measures for some countries, won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for safeguarding peace and security.

Crime seen: Teen heartthrob and English sheepdog grooming model Justin Bieber tweeted to his 29 million followers that his laptop was stolen from his dressing room during a show at the Tacoma Dome earlier this week.
Bieber later tweeted “Found it!” when he briefly lifted the flaxen hair from in front of his eyes.
