Prep girls soccer: Stanwood 3, Marysville Pilchuck 2

MARYSVILLE -- Maddison Post scored two goals and Adsen Vanderpool scored two assists to lead Stanwood to a 3-2 win over Marysville Pilchuck in a Wesco 3A North game.
Mackinzie Nolte led the Tomahawks with one goal and one assist.
The win puts the Spartans into the tie for third place with Marysville Pilchuck in the division with one game left in the regular season.
At Marysville Pilchuck
Goals--Maddison Post (S) 2, Lauren Allison (S), Mackinzie Nolte (MP), Amanda Klep (MP). Assists--Adesn Vanderpool (S) 2, Ashley Hughes (S), Shana Sterly (MP), Nolte (MP). Goalkeepers--Stanwood: Name.
