Fun size iPad
Take two; they're small: Apple formally introduced its iPad Mini, offering an iPad that is smaller and lighter than the full-sized model but with a bigger screen than the iPhone. Before he died, Apple founder Steve Jobs reportedly discouraged development of a smaller iPad, believing it an awkward size between his two popular products.
Being the visionary he was, we're pretty sure he didn't want to be responsible for Apple fanboys carrying around Minis in fanny packs.

Patrons of the arts: In a 4-3 ruling, New York's highest court determined that, "however artistic or athletic their practiced moves are," lap dances can't be considered art and thus can be taxed by the state, unlike ballet performances, for example.
The strip club that filed the lawsuit announced that to qualify for the tax break it would now fit its dancers for tutus and turn the stripper poles horizontally.
