I’ll huff and I’ll puff … The StoryBook Theater puts on “3 Pigs,” a wacky version of the classic story that is fast-paced and funny against a colorful backdrop of delightful scenery and a toe-tapping score of songs. The show runs twice on Sunday in Everett. Find the details here.
Check out some art: The Frailey Mountain Art Show and Sale is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. You’ll find ceramic art and pottery, wood craft, jewelry, collages, photo art and more. The show is at 9525 Cedarvale Loop Road, Arlington. You can also check out the Holiday Art Mart from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave., Mukilteo. All of the gift items are original and handcrafted by artists and artisans in Western Washington.
On skates: This Disney On Ice show brings Disney’s newest princess stories to Everett, featuring scenes from Tangled, The Princess and the Frog and Cinderella through Sunday. Find more details here.
Take a walk: Join Friends of Camano Island Parks members on a guided two-hour community walk, rain or shine, at Camano Island State Park. Meet at 9:50 a.m. Saturday at the picnic shelter near the boat ramp at the park. Trail booklets and maps will be available for $1.

Take better photos: The Digital Photo Expo is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Lynnwood Convention Center. Over the two days, more than 30 free classes will be offered. There will also be speakers, vendors and more. Find more details here.
Make the season last: If you happen by Marymoor in King County on Saturday, check out the Northwest Glass Pumpkin Sale. The free event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features more than 1,000 glass-blown pumpkins from Tacoma Glassblowing Studio artists. Click here for more information.
Celebrate fall: A community Fall Festival is planned at the historic Trafton School on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. at 12616 Jim Creek Road Arlington. You’ll find games, prizes, music, and more family fun.
Play a game: Families with kids 5 and older are invited to either branch of the Everett Public Library for International Games Day from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Families can try out different board games and learn some old-fashioned paper and pencil games you can play almost anywhere. Find more information here.
Bug out: Families can join IslandWood naturalists on an adventure from 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday in Woodinville. Explore the crazy life of bugs using bug boxes, microscopes, nets, and buckets. The event is suitable for families with kids of all ages. Bring rubber boots. The event is free, but you should pre-register here.
