Judge should do honorable thing

Are you kidding me! Speeding, erratic driving, lane changes without signals, refusal of the roadside test, refusal to take a BAC test, alcohol on his breath, eyes bleary and bloodshot. Lying about the number of drinks. Maybe the judge stopped on his way home and had a few cocktails. Refusing the BAC and roadside test is an automatic two-year suspension of privileges. And he lost every bid of credibility with me, Joe Citizen.

So why do we need a hearing? Perfect case of lawyers doing what they do best, protecting each other. I assume he is going to receive tickets for his driving habits, proof coming from the trooper's video cam. Proof again that there are two sets of laws in this country. If he is so honorable, why doesn't he do the right thing and hold himself accountable for his behavior, which is the same behavior of the people who appear in his court. Judges driving under the influence are just as capable of killing people as a regular citizen. Hey, did you hear the one about the lawyer ... hypocrite!
