1A/2A State Boys Soccer: Providence Classical Christian 1, Grace Academy 0

MARYSVILLE -- Cole Butaud scored a goal in the second half and Providence Classical Christian held on to beat Grace Academy in a first-round 1A/2A state playoff game at Marysville Pilchuck H.S. on Saturday. PCC advances to play St. George at Sunset Chev Stadium in Sumner on Friday at 8 p.m. in the semifinals.
At Quil Ceda Stadium
Goals--Cole Butaud (PCC). Assists--Isaac Abraham (PCC). Goalkeepers--Providence Classical Christian: Daniel Mathiason. Grace Academy: Isaiah Van Dam. Records--Providence Classical Christian 14-6 overall. Grace Academy 14-6.
