How can U.S. business compete in the world with a president who is intent on raising energy costs in our country? Energy is a large part of manufacturing costs. Higher energy costs will force lower wages and fewer jobs for Americans. Green projects, such as wind and solar fail to be competitive in a low energy cost environment. Obama is just plain wrong on the green energy front and he has a four-year failure record to prove it. Can you say Solyndra? And they are not the only ones. He wants to intentionally drive up the cost of conventional energy sources to level the playing field so the green energy alternatives can compete. In the meantime Americans will be struggling to pay higher costs for not just energy but everything and many jobs will be lost in the process.
