EVERETT -- Police converged on a Silver Lake-area espresso stand Tuesday morning after it was robbed at knifepoint.

The robbery was reported about 6:20 a.m. at the stand at the intersection of 19th Avenue SE and 110th Street SE, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said.

The culprit walked up to the stand, flashed a knife and demanded money before running away. No injuries were reported.

Police combed the area but did not locate the suspect, described as white and in his 20s, Snell said.
