I'm posting live today during the media preview at the Seattle Auto Show, with vehicle photos and highlights. A car lover's Northwest dream venue! The show opens to the public today at 1 p.m. and runs through Sunday.

------------------------------------

12:46 p.m. Subaru Outback: Same mpg and engine stats as the Legacy, in a sport wagon. $32,095 base price. (photo attached)

------------------------------------

12:39 p.m. Subaru Legacy: All-wheel drive standard, 25 mpg highway, 3.6-liter six-cylinder engine (photo attached).

------------------------------------

12:31 p.m.: Lexus LS 460: Just one of nine all-new or significantly redesigned models from Toyota's luxury brand for 2013. (photo attached)

-------------------------------------

12:08 p.m.: Dodge Ram. Eight-speed transmission for 2013. Wheel-to-wheel side steps for easy bed access and they improve fuel efficiency too. One touch of the key fob locks all doors and the tailgate. (Photo attached.)

-------------------------------------

11:27 a.m.: Fiat Abarth. Newest, hottest version of the Fiat. Chrysler rep here at the show called it "an affordable exotic." Five more Fiat variants are coming to market soon, including a turbo model. (Photo attached.)

-------------------------------------

11:15 a.m.: The Buick Encore. All-new five-passenger small luxury crossover, arriving at dealerships on Feb. 1. Base price $24,950. If you check all the extra features boxes, it's $33,000. MPG rating: 25/33 with front-wheel drive, 23/30 with all-wheel drive. (Photo attached.)

-------------------------------------

11:10 a.m.: The Ford C-Max Energi. Plug-in gas electric hybrid with a 620-mile range. 108 mpg city, 92 mpg highway. 21 miles on electric power only. $29,995 after tax credit. On its way to dealerships now. (Photo attached.)
