Bellevue Botanical Garden will reveal its 2012 Garden d’Lights on Nov. 24.
The annual display features more than a half-million lights creating flowers, shrubs, vines and animal characters, such as Charlotte the Spider who’s ensconced in her web near the Ground Clover Garden.
A river of light runs through the garden and several waterfalls splash onto the scene.
The garden is open nightly (even on holidays) from 5 to 10 p.m. at 12001 Main St., Bellevue. No one is admitted after 9:30 p.m., however.
The Garden d’Lights will be open through Dec. 31.
The Trillium shop will be open from 5 to 9:30 p.m. daily, and noon to 3 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays.
Tickets are available now for $5 at www.gardendlight.org. Children 10 and younger are admitted for free.
The Bellevue Garden also has free nights for everyone, Nov. 26, 27, 28 and 29, and Dec. 3, 4, 5 and 6, but you can expect crowds and crowded parking lots.
