Boeing parking

Naturally, turn wetlands into lot

Regarding the Nov. 13 article, "Boeing parking overflowing into wetland park's lot": By all means, let's pave over our wetlands and greenbelts so Boeing employees don't have to be slightly inconvenienced by riding the bus, joining a vanpool, or forming a carpool. Of course, the morning backups on I-5 to Highway 526 will stretch from the Snohomish River southbound and Lynnwood northbound, and the afternoon gridlock on Highway 526 and Airport Way will turn into parking lots, but it will be worth it so these folks don't have to spend a few extra minutes on their commute. Maybe the fish and birds that survive the carnage can relocate to somewhere where the people aren't quite so selfish. Clean land and water are grossly overrated!
