The Snohomish County Auditor’s office this week released results tallying more than 334,000 votes cast in the Nov. 6 general election. The precinct canvass, updated with the new numbers over the past couple of days, can be found here.
We pulled the data down and created interactive maps. You can explore the maps, zooming in on your neighborhood and clicking on precincts to see how the vote split.
Results in the presidential and gubernatorial contests are below. The color scheme is simple: red for Republicans, blue for Democrats, tan for precincts where the results were tied, or data weren’t released by election officials because of voter privacy.
We’ll post maps to Need to Know tomorrow showing updated results on Referendum 74 and Initiative 502, the measures that legalized same-sex marriage and recreational marijuana use.
Hat tip to Auditor Carolyn Weikel, her election manager Garth Fell and the rest of their crew for making the election data available so swiftly.
