How to invite right this holiday season

Here's an idea: Why not send out real party invitations this holiday season? You know, like printed on paper. Too daunting a task? Invitationbox.com offers a few helpful tips:
Don't wait until the last minute: Send invitations three to four weeks ahead to give busy guests ample time to RSVP.
Is your party family-friendly? Keep invitations age-appropriate. If kids are invited, be sure to use appropriate images and language. Reserve the martini reference for your adult-only New Year's bash.
Dn't ferget 2 spell chk: The most common holiday misspelled words: hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, Christmas.
Jones'? Joneses? Jone's? Pluralize names correctly. The Jones Family's card should read "from the Joneses." And remember that apostrophes are only necessary to show ownership.
After you make your list, check it twice! The more cards you buy, the less it costs per card. Reprints are costly, so buy extras.
