Saturday night in Everett was out of control. Local band I Will Keep Your Ghost played the Anchor Pub with Seattle/Brooklyn band Daydream Vacation and Head Like A Kite. I Will Keep Your Ghost opened the show in front of a rowdy home town crowd and did a fantastic job getting the party started.
Their set was so great I might have been a little intimidated to follow it if I was the headliner. I mean, it’s not often you hear the crowd chanting “ONE MORE SONG!” after the opening act finishes. But the energy already flowing through the audience at the Anchor seemed to help Head Like A Kite and Daydream Vacation take the party to a whole new level.
Dawning a pair of space robot outfits, David Einmo and Nat Damm took the stage to rock some Head Like A Kite songs before a quick costume change and being joined on stage by Asya (Smoosh and Chaos Chaos) to form Daydream Vacation.
I have never seen so much dancing and sweat at a show in Everett. Attached is a slideshow from the night and a video of how Daydream Vacation closed out the night. You have to see this.
